About Nova.
Nova Software Infrastructure Limited operates a direct card programme for verified individuals and approved businesses. We are the sole Merchant of Record and programme operator.
How we operate.
Every end user is a Nova user. Nova owns onboarding, KYC/KYB, KYT, stablecoin deposit review, wallet screening, internal ledger operations, card-access and funding-request approval, and lifecycle decisions. Cards are made available through approved issuing partners. We do not permit downstream third parties to independently onboard users, hold funds, maintain separate ledgers, or create, fund, or manage cards.
The individual offering requires eligibility review. The business offering requires Nova approval, and cards are used only for the business's own operations and authorised personnel — not for resale or downstream distribution.

- Nova Software Infrastructure Limited — Hong Kong entity, performing functions under an internal responsibility split; not a VASP, VATP, exchange, or custodian.
