Engineering the global flow of money.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, with a core team of payments engineers from leading Silicon Valley platforms — building the issuing and ledger backbone for modern fintech.
We started Nova because the rails that move money still look like the rails that moved telexes. Our background is in distributed systems — at companies where downtime was measured in basis points of revenue, not blog posts.
Nova exists to give engineering teams the same kind of infrastructure for money that they already have for compute and storage: typed APIs, idempotent writes, immutable logs, deterministic replays.
Compliance is not a department here. Every product decision is reviewed against PCI-DSS, AML, and the local issuing rules of every market we serve — before the first line of code is written.
We measure success the way our customers do: SLOs hit, incidents avoided, integrations that ship in weeks instead of quarters. We're backed by infrastructure investors who measure in decades, not quarters.
