These Website Terms govern your use of the Nova website at novacards.io (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Scope

The Site is operated by Nova Software Infrastructure Limited ("Nova"). The Site is informational only. It is not an offer to sell or provide any product or service, is not a contract, and does not create an account, cardholder, or customer relationship.

2. Product terms are separate

Nova's card programme, cardholder terms, KYC and KYB consents, stablecoin deposit rules, refund and rejected-deposit rules, and any other product agreements are provided separately inside Nova's separate, controlled product environment after eligibility review. Nothing on the Site modifies those terms.

3. Informational content

Content on the Site is provided "as is" for general information. Nova makes no warranty that the content is complete, current, or free from error, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nova may change or remove content at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not (a) use the Site in violation of applicable law, (b) scrape, mirror, or automate access to the Site, (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure, (d) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site, or (e) misrepresent Nova, its personnel, or the Site's content.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, its design, and the Nova name and logo are owned by Nova or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for reasonable personal or business reference use of the informational content, no licence is granted.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources. Nova does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, and Nova's total liability arising from the Site is limited to USD 100.

8. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Website Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
